Lease Ratings
Understanding our property classification system
What Do You Think About the Hunting Lease Tract?
As much as we try to not answer this question and we have no control over wildlife, weather, hunting practices, schedules, disease, predators, cropping, timbering and countless other factors—every last person still wants to ask about what we think of the hunting lease tract. Please keep in mind that we have videos on most every hunting lease and everyone needs to decide for themselves what they want.
However, with new hunting leases and posted hunting lease openings we have added a general, somewhat standardized, evaluation rating for the tract. The evaluation is generally focused on Deer and possibility for "good" Deer (for the area) to be harvested on the property. We have a 3 Category Rating System and details are below. They are shown along with the hunting lease location and pricing. Please also note this is an opinion answer to an opinion question presented to us countless times, a day. It does not convey any guarantees or warranties of anything, especially that you will agree with the opinion. Do your own research.
